Bienvenue! Arrive in magical Paris with its exquisite architecture, endless treasures and stylish boutiques! Drive along the famed Champs Elysses to the Arc de Triomphe, Concorde Square and the iconic Eiffel Tower before heading to the Left Bank. View Notre-Dame, one of the most famous cathedrals in the world and explore the Louvre Museum on a guided tour to view the Mona Lisa before enjoying spectacular views of the city from Montmartre from the steps of the Basilica Sacre Couer.

Depart Paris by high-speed train for Avignon. Enjoy a walking tour of the city and visit the Pont du Gard, built during the first century AD. Explore Arles, Van Gogh’s inspiration for some of his most famous paintings. Continue on to a local ranch where you will share a hearty lunch with the Guardians (cowboys) that make the Camargue region their home. In lovely Saint-Rémy-de-Provence where the impressionist movement thrived, visit the beautiful Saint-Paul de Mausole, the monastery where Van Gogh spent his final years. Part of the “Circuit Van Gogh,” at the entrance, view the field of olive trees painted by the artist. Travel along picturesque roads to Mouries and on to the hilltop village of Les Baux to visit the Cathedral d’Images before reaching Aix-en-Provence for the night.

In Aix-en-Provence enjoy a guided tour and time on your own to explore the many galleries, cafes and shops. Continue to Luberon dotted with tiny clifftop villages and sprawling vineyards. Arrive in Marseilles, France’s oldest city, from atop striking Notre-Dame de la Garde you’ll be awed by the sweeping view of Marseille, the sparkling sea, and Chateau d’If. Travel to Nice, the unofficial capital of the Cote d’Azur. Walk through the cobblestone streets and visit Massena Square and Cours Saleya with its gorgeous flower market. Explore the tiny hilltop village of Eze, overlooking the Riviera’s coast, known for its perfume factory, winding cobblestone streets, and traditional stone houses. Cross the border into the Principality of Monaco; visit the Old Town with its stately Royal Palace and see the changing of the guard (schedule permitting). Then bid au revoir to France. Share wonderful memories of a beautiful journey through France with your fellow travelers at the Farewell Dinner in Nice.
